Outside the Service Area
Opticom covers the Santa Clara County which covers all of
Silicon Valley and almost every surrounding city of San Jose.
Our Service Area can reach as far as Palo Alto in the North West
direction and towards Gilroy in the South end of the county. For
service outside of the these immediate areas, such as the
mountain ranges and into the Alameda county areas.

Agent Riders
Agent Riders or Realtors specialty riders are custom designs
provided by the Agent or Realtor themselves. Opticom can stock
these signs for you within our office and allow you to simply
request which signs are needed upon a service request for post
installation.

Reset/Relocation
Resetting a post after installing at the location you have
specified, requires a trip charge to go back to property and
re-install the post at it's new location. See our price sheet
for the current rates.

Trip Charge
Opticom attempts to get every bit of information needed before
installing a post in order to avoid a secondary trip back to the
install location. If Opticom is at fault in the install,
location, or wrong materials requested, we will gladly go back
out to the location and replace or move the materials at no
cost. However, if we install at the location with the materials
you have requested, then we need to charge a "Trip
Charge" for our services and time. Thank you.

Service Area
Our service area covers the Santa Clara County and almost every surrounding city of San Jose.
Our immediate service areas include, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa
Clara, Campbell, Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Morgan Hill,
Gilroy, Los Altos, Mountain View, Milpitas, Palo Alto, San
Martin, and Alviso.

Flyer Box
Flyer Boxes are a simple way to place a brochure, letter size
flyer, realty information, house or rental specs of the
property, or any size paper flyer up to 8-1/2" x 11"
inches in size. Opticom can provide these flyer boxes for you or
they can be provided by your realty company.

Refusal by Owner/Tenant
Opticom can only install, place and remove the materials that
you requested. When the Owner or Tenant of the property refuses
to allow Opticom to perform it's services, we will not
jeopardize any damage to our materials or posts by installing as
requested. Although, Opticom will call the realty company who
placed the order and attempt to get a confirmed approval between
the realtor and the owner or tenant. There will however be a
"Refusal" charge for the first install attempt.

Monthly Post Maintenance fee
Even though we have increased our post inventory by 3 fold. The
market tends to be slow at times and home sales take a bit
longer than anticipated. This means that our posts and signs
will also sit out there for a great length of time and it
reduces our inventory overhead for this very reason. After 90
days of installing the post and materials requested, Opticom
will begin to charge a monthly fee for the post at $5.00 a
month.

Sign Courier Fee
When Opticom must perform it's installation outside of the
service area, there is a fee which is needed to cover the
expense of the time, gas, and distance of the install job.
