Commercial Installation Agreement

Opticom Sign Post Services and referred to as the Advertiser do enter into a business relationship as outlined below:

Broker/Agent will:
1. Provide Opticom with complete, accurate information on all order forms for installations and removals including cross street, map coordinates, phone numbers and directions.
2. Provide detailed map and flag the location requested for installation.
3. Obtain Owner/City approvals before requesting services from Opticom.
4. Assist Opticom in recovering signs and sign posts when required, due to the absence of those items at any time after installation.
5. In the event of a lost/damaged or stolen post/equipment, reimburse Opticom for the current cost of any items used for that installation.
6. Pay for all services requested by the Advertiser and their associates, according to the rates defined in the provided price sheet, within 10 days of receipt of invoice or for your convenience with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express..
 
Opticom will:
1. Install and remove sign and posts after receiving requests (except Sundays, Mondays, Holidays and inclement weather), within two (2) working days after the order has been processed, providing we have the sign and the order is received by 5:00 p.m.
2. Require that all posts and signs must not be removed, relocated or replaced by anyone other than an authorized Opticom employee.
3. Take responsibility for any loss or damage to Advertisers signs, while in our storage, however will not be responsible for any loss of Advertisers signs or property after installation.
4. Provide the highest quality in post and safety standards to all installations.
5. Follow all instructions provided by the Advertiser as to placement, inconsideration of safety and city ordinances. Any further relocation of posts, following initial installation per instructions will be charged accordingly.
6. Repair, as a result of our installation, any damage to pipes and or underground equipment provided the following:

  - Advertiser agrees to notify Opticom of the issue immediately and allow Opticom to inspect the damage before any repair service is employed.
  - Advertiser has not specifically flagged over pipes and or underground equipment.

Termination: This agreement may be cancelled by either party upon thirty days written notice with or without cause. In this event, Opticom Sign Post Service may, at it's sole discretion, recover all posts and signs anytime within that 30 days of notice to terminate.
